Double-Entendre Record by The Bees on Imperial Records From 1954

"Toy Bell” / “Snatchin' Back”

"Toy Bell" by The Bees was recorded in 1954 at Cosmios studio in the French Quarter in New Orleans with Dave Bartholomew producing. I remember this being very controversial at the time. Most radio stations would not play it.

The Bees had Billy Bland of "Let The Little Girl Dance" fame as one of the members.

My scanner adds a reddish tint to yellow and white scans. Please disregard.
