ITEM : 2 track single in its original Festival sleeve. No picture cover issued.

INFO : In the late 70’s, with his Rock and Psych days (The Questions ; Fanny Adams ; In Focus) long behind, Doug fronted a new band alongside Tommy Emmanuel (guitar/vocals) ; Frank Esler-Smith (keyboards) with previous associates Duncan McGuire (bass) and Mark Kennedy (drums). They played slick, funky jazz-soul with an R&B base that suited Doug’s raspy voice perfectly. Within 2 years the guys had moved onto other projects but not before leaving one album and 5 singles in the bank.
This 2nd 45, and title track to their album, cuts a smooth slice of Northern Soul that is still eagerly snapped up by club DJ’s in the UK and to some extent Europe as well.
CONDITION: Note : All records (except where Mint) have been vacuum-machine cleaned and fully played on a quality system to determine an accurate grading.
This item will be safely packed and includes a new outer plastic cover.
· Vinyl : Excellent +. No marks and appears very lightly played. Visually it retains its full lustre which is reflected in the bright and immaculate playback of both tracks. Difficult to fault in any manner and certain to please.
· Labels : Clean as per photos above.
· Sleeve : Original company cover in excellent condition. No writing or splits.
