Description
For Sale is this super-rare ist pressing double vinyl LP of the Doves first album 'Lost Souls' released on the Heavenly Recordings label HVNLP26 in 2000. This was a very limited pressing and is now extremely sought after. Both Vinyls are Mint- and still retain a lovely glossy finish. All inner labels are Mint- The Gatefold sleeve has a very slight mark on the edge of the left hand inner - see photo - and a small amount of tear/wear on the inner surface in the actual pocket that holds the left hand LP - I think it might have had something splashed on it but it is a very slight mark. The rear cover also has a patch of wear on the outer edge- see photo -but again this is slight. Otherwise the sleeve is in Ex condition, with the corners and edges clean. Please note I grade as strictly and accurately as I can - this is an excellent collectors copy.
Uk buyers -LP will be sent via 2nd class recorded at a cost of £4
Overseas buyers - I now only ship via Royal Mail Airmail Signed for, which is an insured service. This is now very expensive, but I am a private seller and cannot afford for records to go missing. Sorry but I hope you understand.
This is a double LP and costs more to ship.
Europe - LP will be sent via Royal Mail signed for Airmail at a cost of £10
Rest of World - LP will be sent via Royal Mail signed for Airmail at a cost of £16
Payment by Paypal only please.

I use a high-end Turntable to play my records and also use a Record Cleaning machine so you can be assured that discs I own have been well looked after. Please know, however, that many records in my collection are older than I am and have come to me second hand. That is why I use the Record Collector Rating system.
I grade very strictly by the Record Collector system. I do not sell records that are less than VG+. I am also a collector and know that there is nothing worse than a poorly graded record.
Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:
"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
I use PREMIUM QUALITY record mailers and cardboard stiffeners. I do NOT add the cost of these mailers to shipping (no hidden fees here--you only pay what I pay for shipping). It is my hope that you will re-use the mailers for LPs or other items.
