Description
I purchased one of these box sets when they first came out in 1985. Recently, I realized that, over time, I destroyed the poster that originally came with the set by hanging and rehanging it over the years. As such, I purchased the box set, that is in this listing, used so as to replace my poster. Come to find out, this set was missing the poster. I don't need two box sets, so I'm selling this one hoping to recoup some of my costs.
The person who originally owned this set definitely used it. Please review the photos to see the lovely (he said sarcastically) condition of the card and booklet. He highlighted and wrote on/in both of these. I took photos of any pages within the booklet he may have written on.
I checked all records for scratches and scuffs. They will definitely have some dust due to the static electricity. As with any vinyl, the records themselves may have an imperfection. I do my best to point out any obvious flaws in the records and if there is a flaw and it is not mentioned, it was not intentional.
1940's & 1950's - it doesn't look as if he ever played these and both look great!
1960's, 1970's & 1980's - has light liquid marks as if he used one of those felt cleaners with a cleaning liquid and let them dry on their own. I played both of these records and they did play just fine.
Christmas - a light surface scratch or two and, like above, has the same liquid marks. I played this record too, with no issues, played just fine.
I was told these came from a smoke free home and my home is smoke free, too.
This will ship within 24 hours of payment received (excluding Sundays and holidays) and ship via Media Mail.
I do combine shipping!
