Dr. Demento's Greatest Novelty Album Of All Time 6 LP Records Vol 1-6 1940's-1980's & Christmas Album plus Booklet of Photos and Rare Poster (not pinned) The Album Card has been signed by Dr. Demento and it is # 1157

The Collection is from a smoke free enviroment, its is in exceptional condition with mininal iasuea at the corners and no wear of the records, seems like they were used only a coupke of times. I would consider this set in fine condition, I'm not a pro at recorsa but this set is very desirable.
