Released in 1999, First Come, First Served is the debut album from Dr. Dooom, an alter ego of underground hip-hop legend Kool Keith. This album marked the death of Dr. Octagon, Keith’s previous persona, and introduced a darker, horrorcore-influenced style. The album features production by The Diesel Truckers and includes tracks like Who Killed Dr. Octagon?, Welfare Love, and Mental Case. Original Funky Ass Records pressing. This is a sought-after OG pressing, not a reissue.
