Hello, thanks for looking. I'm no expert on grading vinyl, i'll try my best to evaluate the condition of both the cover and the album. I'll use the grading scale below as a guide and i'll be very conservative with my evaluation, Keep in mind I am only visually assessing the condition of the jacket and vinyl. Hello eBay you are looking at one of the original pressings from the 90's of Dr. Dre's - "The Chronic"  This is a must have for any hip hop vinyl collector. ANY COLLECTOR should probably have this in their collection. Please read below for details on condition, and message me with questions. 

CONDITION- Jacket: VG  / Vinyl: VG

The Jacket / Sleeve: I'm hoping the pictures can speak for the grade: VG (Maybe VG+) It is Solid & Stiff, there are about a dozen or so small creases along all 3 seams (typical - nothing crazy) hard to see on the white cover, The spine is in great shape and the print is a little off centered and still legible, small amount of record ring / halo, corners are slightly rounded with age, little blemishes here and there, some light scratches, theres fraying on the bottom seam (photo) Nothing really crazy to report for the jacket, pictures tell the story.

Inner Paper Sleeve:  It's the original white paper sleeve... 

The vinyl:  VG. The record looks good, you will see a few light surface scratches not deep. minor cosmetic dull mark here and there, there are a few dings and nicks, I think every imperfection looks superficial and it honestly doesn't look like there is anything that will impact playback. you might hear pops and snaps during playback on a few tracks. Both label's look great.

This is a really nice copy of maybe the most influential gangster rap album ever. Some might call this the greats hip hop album ever produced. Its a must have for collectors. If you still have questions please message me.

• All records are shipped correctly in a 12 X 12 Record mailer, (with the record out of the jacket - to prevent damage to the jacket) and in a plastic dust cover, with extra cardboard and foam support.

Grading Scale:

Mint (M): Perfect, unused in sealed original packaging.

Near-Mint (NM): Close to perfect with no visible scratches or scuffs. Appears to be un-played or played less than 5 times.

Excellent (EX): May contain 1 or 2 very tiny & light  cosmetic surface scratches and/or scuffs. Label and jacket may show slight signs of ring-wear / lightly bent corners. No creases, writing, tears or rips.

Very Good Plus (VG+): May show some signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took reasonably good care of it. Imperfections are cosmetic and do not drastically impact the playback. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs and surface scratches. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are ok. The label and jacket may have some slight ring ring-wear, discoloration, minor tears and imperfections. As with most vinyl, there may be low-level surface noise and light crackles and pops may be present, especially during quiet or soft passages in the track.  

Very Good (VG): Many of the imperfections found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG record or sleeve.

Good (G) - It doesn't mean the record is "Trashed" but its definitely been played a lot. I'll mainly use this for jackets and inner sleeves (if the record is worth selling).

Fair (F) Poor (P): I do not sell Poor (P), Fair (F). If I use these it's because the album is super rare. 

Disclaimer : I do not grade LPs professionally and I am not an expert on classification. Some of the vinyl I own, I bought in bulk at yard sales or estate sales. Ask Me Questions before bidding! Please understand, I'm grading my LPs on a visual estimation.
