For auction here is 3 original UK first press LP's by Dr John.
They are 1. Gris-Gris, 2. Remedies, 3. The sun , moon & herbs.
1. “Gris-Gris“, this is his one absolute 5 star classic album.
It is an original UK 1968 first press on the plum Atlantic label, it comes in a laminated cover. the catalogue number is 588147 with A1/B1 matrix numbers.
The disc is in VG condition with a few light surface marks
The cover is not great, the front has a lot of creases, back has a lot of fading apart from this it has general agewear, but it is fully intact.
2. “Remedies“.
It is an original UK 1970 first press on the grey/tan ATCO label, the catalogue number is 2400015 with A1/B1 matrix numbers.
The disc is in VG+ condition.
The cover is in VG condition. It is 100% fully intact with a small coloured in price sticker tear top right and some lesser other agewear.
3. The "The Sun Moon & Herbs".
This is an original UK 1971 first press on the plum Atlantic label, it comes in a gatefold cover. the catalogue number is 2400161 with A1/B1 matrix numbers.
The disc is in VG condition with a few light surface marks, there is a name and June 72 written in biro on one label,
The cover is in VG condition with spinewear and a little lesser other agewear.
