COVER: VG+, light to moderate wear to the edges, moderate to heavy wear to the corners with light wear to the front and back                         a 3 inch by 5 inch inch hole in the shrink wrap in the upper right corner on the front                         a factory saw cut in the upper right corner        
LP: M (SEALED OLD STOCK), still sealed in what is assumed to be the original factory shrink wrap, assumed to be mint
