ABOUT : This is the first pressing of Rockferry by Duffy from 2008 containing the once ubiquitous hit Mercy along with other singles Stepping Stone, Rockferry and Warwick Avenue.
I can't honestly say that I remember ever listening this front to back. I bought it on recommendation when it landed ("hey there's this girl... Bernard Butler produced... neo-soul/chamber pop... it's on Rough Trade!") but, well, I just wasn't into it. Meanwhile whilst I was buy not paying attention the entire country and seemingly half the world disagreed with me and thought she was incredible and turned her into a star and general household name. My loss in this case could be your gain!
If you are looking for a copy of this that is as close to new as can be then this is the one for you! I'm at a loss as to why I never listed this before as I don't tend to keep records I'm not interested in.
Low bid start so you can bag yourself a bargain here! LP, inner and cover are basically as new.
