Here we have a nice copy of Duke Ellington's Black, Brown & Beige box set from 1988. This box set featured Ellington's big band recordings from 1944-1946 and has been digitally remastered. The 4 discs are in VG++ condition with some light surface scratches and light scuffs. They all look very clean and lightly played. The box is in VG+ condition with some edge wear and corner dings. There is some slight staining as well. There is also a notch cut out near the bottom left hand corner, denoting that it was most likely a promo. The set also includes the original booklet and inner sleeves. Please see all the pictures to determine condition. Overall, this box set would make a great addition to your collection.
