Division Of Liberty label and "Van Gelder" in the run outs both sides. NYC and LA addresses on back.
The record looks and plays VG++. Both sides have some superficial discoloration or blemishing of the surface which does not affect play. No scuffs or scratches. Grooves look unplayed or nearly so.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear with ring wear. The back cover has moderate wear and ring wear and fading. No split seams. Spots of heavy wear at the corners and denting at bottom of the spine. Spine is readable and intact.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
