"New York USA" label on both sides. "Van Gelder" in the runout both sides. No "The Ear" aka "P" on any issue of this title.  Cover has "43 West 61st St., New York, N.Y. 10023" address.

 Record looks and plays M-. Record plays quietly and beautifully.  A very clean copy. No scuffs and no scratches.  Vinyl is bright and glossy.  

Cover is VG++

  Front cover has light to moderate wear with hint of ring wear. Top and bottom corners of spine have denting. Spot of wear at the bottom at pocket.  No split seams. The back cover has light to moderate wear.
