I purchased this album new in 2012 and listed to it only once. Upon purchase the vinyl was placed into a Mofi sleeve and the jacket was placed into a protective plastic sleeve. Shrink wrap and paper insert have been retained. Hype sticker is perfect.  Please note that the top right and left corners have small indentations that may be from the factory.  I could not pick these up with pictures and although of a nominal nature I wanted to disclose this to any interested parties. 

Finally, regarding shipping the album is shipped within cardboard inside of a cardboard record mailer with the album outside of the jacket but within the plastic sleeve (in order to protect the spine of the jacket).  If you have any other questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
