Description
You are bidding on New Romantic, a super rare Japanese promo-only 12" from 1981 in a unique sleeve. EMI PRP-8179.
On side A is Duran Duran with two tracks: Planet Earth (night version) & Planet Earth (7" version).
On side B is Kraftwerk with two tracks: Dentaku & Pocket Calculator.
Condition of sleeve: I would grade this a strong EXCELLENT PLUS (better than VERY GOOD PLUS). Cover is clean with minimal discoloration on the Kraftwerk side of the sleeve at the top, slight ring impressions on the Duran Duran side (which I've tried to detail in photos). There is no sticker residue of any kind. The corners of the sleeve have the smallest of dents, which I've tried to illustrate in the photos.
Condition of vinyl: This is Mint throughout. Label is also Mint - no discoloration or damage.
Overall, this item is in fantastic condition despite being nearly 26 years old. I have treated this item with TLC ever since purchasing it in 1984.
