Description

This is the legendary first DURUTTI COLUMN LP. Yes, the one with the sandpaper cover! There were only 2000 of these made, and they were handmade by members of Joy Division. This one is legendary; if you are looking at this, you probably know the story behind it, etc. This is indeed FACT 14. Some of my favorite music ever by one of my favorite guitarists, Vini Reilly.

Sleeve is in VG condition as one of the corners has some discoloration. (See photo) Otherwise it has really held up over the years. Sandpaper still nice and gritty.

Record could be in better shape. Basically a G+. Plays through with some minor pops and light crackle. Nothing TERRIBLY intrusive, but not perfect. This one is VERY HARD TO FIND in good shape, due to the packaging. Happy to report, no skips.

Sadly, this does **not** contain the testcard done by Martin Hannett.
