Duster Bennett – “Smiling Like I'm Happy” Original UK Vinyl LP Issued in 1968
This is an original UK Vinyl LP produced in 1968 by Blue Horizon Records – (Serial #7-63208)
The matrix codes are: Side One 7-63208 A1 and 7-63208 B1 indicating a 1st pressing I believe.
The vinyl looks good and having played it this morning – first time in around 30 years – sounds very good – just love them Blues! It has made us realise that you really cannot beat the sound of vinyl compared to CDs. It does have light surface scratches and marks but they do not appear to affect the sound quality.
The inner sleeve is original and in good condition a very slight crease and tear on the circles only.
The outer sleeve is laminated, very clean and tidy with very slight wear on the corners.
I am not a record expert; I am a retired lady who is starting to sell off some of our record collection. All the records I will be placing on eBay are LP’s we purchased new back in the day. We looked after our records and many were stored in plastic outer sleeves to protect the covers.
LP’s will be sent in purpose made despatch cartons and will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Any item that sells for over £20 will need to be signed for and my postage rates reflect these costs. I am not attempting to profit from postage charges. I combine and reduce postage if more than one LP is to be posted to the same buyer – if that is the case, please await invoice before payment via PayPal.
