Packaging Condition: Near Mint Media Condition: VG+
Notes: Side A recorded live during soundcheck August 8, 1996.  Side B recorded at Trainwreck in Mountain View, CA on April 7, 1996. Originally performed by Celtic Frost.  Side C recorded live at O'Cayz Corral in Madison, WI on February 7, 1998.  Side D has no recording information given. 
Printed labels of C and D sides are inverted.
