Description: E. Berliner Gramophone Record #520 Z. Per the DAHR website, the recording was made on either November 29th, 1895 or December 14th, 1898.
The disc has an announcement before the music starts. There is some evident ticking for the first 20-30 seconds, then a big jump in the song (see photo three for needle dig), and then the surface noise is about average for the rest of this disc. There are surface scratches, dimples, and divots but the record was tested and does play through (with the noted exception and skip on our machine). Please look closely at pictures as part of grading and contact us with any additional questions. Thank you!
