The Eagles' original Asylum Records studio albums Box Set includes each of the chart-topping albums the band released between 1972 and 1979. All six albums are pressed on 180-gram vinyl and are housed in an individually numbered slipcase with a gold foil stamp of the band's logo.

Each LP features replicas of the original album packaging with two special artwork upgrades - the sleeve of the debut album, EAGLES, is released as the band originally intended, with no glue flaps, so the cover folds out into a poster. HOTEL CALIFORNIA includes a replica of the poster from the original issue with band photos by Norman Seeff in full color, for the first time (originally was in black and white). THE STUDIO ALBUMS 1972-1979 is limited to 5,000 copies and comes housed in an individually numbered slipcase.

With lineups that included Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Don Felder, Timothy B. Schmit, Bernie Leadon, Randy Meisner, and Don Felder, the Eagles are one of the most successful bands in history, having sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, earning five No. 1 U.S. singles and six GRAMMY® Awards. El presente Box Set incluye todos los álbumes publicados por The Eagles entre 1972 y 1979. Los seis Lps están prensados en vinilo de 180 gramos y vienen alojados en una caja con el logo del grupo en la parte frontal de la caja laminado en dorado.

La funda de cada LP es una réplica de cada uno de los álbumes cuando fueron puestos originalmente a la venta. En este aspecto hay dos casos  especiales. La funda del primer LP, EAGLES, se ha realikzado como el grupo quería originalmente, con  las solapas sin pegar  de tal modo que se puede desplegar a la manera de un poster. HOTEL CALIFORNIA incluye una réplica del poster original con una foto realizada por Norman Seeff de los miembros de la banda a todo color (originalmente era en blanco y negro).
