Description
original reggae 7" produced by Andy Narell: Nancy Skinner with Earl Zero "Can You See A City" / Earl Zero "Berkeley-I" (No Right Turn Productions records)
The ORIGINAL US vinyl is in VG++/VG+ condition with no skips, no warp, no scratch. Produced/released for help in supporting a slate of City Council candidates for a Berkeley, California election in 1981. Zero really belts out a great bay area city list of shouts out as he pumps up the populist volume in his terrific original tune produced by Andy Narell. Flipside is a great original uptempo reggae Berkeley rights number from the same team. Nancy Skinner is joined by Earl on the obverse side for more positive progressive vibrations. Picture sleeve is in VG+ shape & is backed by 3 page liner notes including lyrics & talking points for the progressive cause in Berkeley at that time. Zero side is timed at 3:40, Skinner side at 3:01. Local politics meets drum & bass to great affect. Cool & dreadly all around.
