TITLE: REMEMBER ME BABY

Please take a look at the photographs of this rare original Doo Wop LP on the original blue Old Town label. You will see that it is a very nice copy of this rare original LP which I am selling only because I been able to find a near mint copy to replace it.

This is not a mint LP but it is in extremely fine condition and will definitely not disappoint the lucky collector who wins the auction.

The heavy duty original vinyl is in VG+ condition. It retains most of its deep lustre and has some light hairlines and minor scuffs - it plays very well with light but unobtrusive background presence which does not over power the music at all. There are 2 or 3 non-feelable heavier scuff which cause an light pops for 3 or 4 revolutions. Play grade would be VG conservatively.

The cover is EX- with no seam splits, no creases, no edge wear and unworn 100% readable spine. There is no feathering or wear to the opening edges. As you can see there is no significant rubbing to the front or rear of the cover and the photo of the group is bright and clear. There is minimal ring wear. On the back there is original store stamp amd four small letters. Altogether the cover is very nice VG++ ro EX-.

I have used Goldmine gradings for this LP but you see from the text below that when selling LPs on UK Ebay I use the UK Record Collector standards for grading. I have excellent feedback and as a record collector I like to think I would not be disppointed with the descriptions provided for LPs I sell. Please note that unless the play quality is specifically mentioned records are graded visually. I aim to describe the visual appearance of all items accurately using the standards below which are based on the UK Record Collector Price Guide. The highest grade I use now is NEAR MINT (\'UNPLAYED\' if still sealed in shrink wrap or occasionally full MINT but only if the provenance of the item suggests this to be correct). Records graded EX+ or EX++ would probably be called \'near mint\' or \'mint\' by most sellers. Please READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY and study photographs to avoid disappointment later. I will refund only on items which do not conform to the description and standards set out here.

GRADING SYSTEM

NEAR MINT: The record appears to be in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and other inserts are perfect. For MINT grading see above

EXCELLENT: The item has been played and may have some light surface marks but there is very little, if any, lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents have slight wear.

VERY GOOD: The record has been played quite alot but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Cover and contents show some wear.

GOOD:The record has been played many times and the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably. The cover and contents are often damaged.

I use EX++,EX+,VG++,VG+ as subsidiary gradings. Unless the record is extremely rare I do not sell items which are less than VG in condition.

ONLY if the grading does not reflect the overall condition of the item will I refund. But be assured that if there is any major defect not mentioned by me I offer a no quibble guarantee. Secure postage for this LP is $12.00 to the US and £3.00 to the UK.  Rates for multiple copies and singles vary. Items over £30 in value are recommended to be sent insured. If you wish to have an item insured the cost is £4.00 UK and £6.00 Rest of World. I obtain a certificate of posting from the UK Post Office for all items. If an item is lost in the post I will claim on the buyer\'s behalf and reimburse when the Post Office pays compensation. I will refund the purchase price for any item which does not match the grade criteria outlined above. You will see from my feedback that buyers are very positive about the accuracy of the descriptions I provide. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to read the listing carefully.
