FEATURE 3008 LIGHTNING SLIM "NEW ORLEANS BOUND"/"I CAN'T LIVE HAPPY". The record is a shiny Vg+ ; plays with very faint crackle here and there ; nothing really distracting from listening pleasure ; labels are clean. One of his earliest and best with Lightning on guitar , Henry Clement harp and Sammy Drake drums. A-side contains classic Line : "I'm goin down on Canal till my moustache drag the ground". B-side has the line : " I knowed I couldn't whup her 'cause she can hit harder than Joe Lewis".

GRADING : MINT (M) ; M- (NM) ; Vg++ ; Vg+ ; VG ; Vg- ; G+ ; G ; G- ETC. PLAY GRADE IS OFTEN ALSO STATED. THE LABEL CONDITION IS NOT PART OF THE VISUAL GRADE ; LABEL DEFECTS ARE STATED. I do use the M (Mint) grade but not very often. My Vg++ is a record you will never have to upgrade unless there is a label issue.
