I am pleased to offer SEVEN RARE EARLY ROCK 45RPM Records... by one of the handful of performer's who lay claim to the title "THE KING OF ROCK & ROLL"... LITTLE RICHARD PENNIMAN.  While I am one of those white southern boys who still believe Elvis Presley is the only one who could legimately claim that title... there is little doubt in my mind that Little Richard had legitmate claim to be at the top of the heap of early "Princes of Rock 'n' Roll" when it came to sheer energy as a performer and the ability to drive an audience of teenagers to mad, self-destructive hysteria.

As Ed Ward tells it on p. 48 in The Rolling Stone Illustrated History of Rock & Roll:

"As the needle touches the vinyl, there is a brief moment of silence.  Then "A WOP BOP ALU BOP A WOP BAM BOOM!"  Has a record ever brought a more outrageous surprise?

Price comparisons are made on eBay for items in comparable condition... if available.  Other sources of comparison for price are Goldmine and Jerry Osborne's price guides.  A price estimate is then reduced by 20-50 % for targeting the eBay listed price of each item or lot.  This process takes time but assures fair pricing of all my listings.
