Description

This is a beautiful copy of the rare original release of the East Side Story Vol. 3 LP on the early Trenton label, number LP-2003. These East Side Story compilations were the soundtrack for the East LA lowriders and Chicanos in the 70s when they first appeared. They have been reissued a number of times but here is a rare early Trenton copy, and in perfect condition. Features classic rare singles from the 50s and 60s by the Delfonics, Brenda and the Tabulations, Etta James, The Crests, Billy Stewart, Frankie Karl, the Love Lites, the Shirelles, the Shields, Robert & Johnny, the Sunglows, and East LA’s own Thee Midniters. These records were hard to get ever when they were new! This copy is just gorgeous. Still in the original shrinkwrap and almost perfectly mint inside and out. The disc doesn’t have a single mark and the cover only has the tiniest wear at the open edge, barely. This is truly a top, top original copy, impossible to beat.
