As featured in Record Collector magazine in 2015 - see scan of attached article. Apparently there was a loophole in the law back in the 1970s that allowed labels to claim back on losses somehow. not sure i understand but these guys did and there were adverts in magazines such as NME / Melody Maker advertising these records for sale by mail order. unfortunately for me there is no "tax scam" category so I've gone with "other" 12" singles. This is a pair of super scarce tax scam 12" records from the 1970s, both in company sleeves. Both play fine throughout. The Groovers 12" is not even listed in the back of Record Collector 2016.
