(although further investigating appears to show that this was the only book/record that was ever printed)....This book/ record features 5 long-playing records (33 1/3) with NICHOLS & MAY, FRED ASTAIRE, LARRY ADLER, GYPSY ROSE LEE w/ JULE STYNE, and ALEXANDER KING...All pages are intact, no writing, slight wear along the edges, binder in perfect condition....all records appear to be in excellent condition, showing no wear or scratches....Postal Stamp on page 1...reads:  APPLICATION TO MAIL AT SECOND CLASS POSTAGE RATES IS PENDING AT NEW YORK, N.Y...JULY/AUGUST 1959
