Description
Echo and the Bunnymen - "Ocean Rain" vinyl LP 1984 U.S. 1st Pressing Korova/Sire/Warner Bros. Records #25084-1 Classic album representing the artsy side of the band (including "The Killing Moon") which most music fans know better than the Bunnymens' heavier, early music.
Beautiful, pristine Near-Mint condition all-around.
Vinyl is shockingly noise-free and as close to mint-sounding as possible - unusual for any 1980's U.S. vinyl release. Even the spaces between songs are silent and free of staticky noises. One moderate "tick" sound during opening of "Seven Seas", and one barely audible "tick" each on "Thorn of Crowns" and the title track "Ocean Rain" is all I could pick up when play-graded on my pro model Technics SL-1200 turntable.
Album Cover Near-Mint, as close to Mint as one could possibly get: one fingernail-width wear-mark along right edge. Original black printed inner sleeve with photo of orchestra members is mint and flawless. Ships via USPS Media Mail encased in stiff cardboard inside a thick, cushioned USPS envelope for $4.00....
Up to 2 additional vinyl record albums bought within 48 hours of each other can be included in the same shipment for just $1 additional charge each.
