Eclection were a British-based folk rock band, originally formed in 1967 in London by Norwegian-born Georg Kajanus (then known as Georg Hultgreen), Canadian Michael Rosen, Australians Trevor Lucas and Kerrilee Male, and Briton Gerry Conway. They released one album on Elektra Records before singer Kerrilee Male left to be replaced by Dorris Henderson, but the group broke up in December 1969.
This is a first issue MONO album release from 1968 on the Orange with Black Printed Text, Electra Record Labels. Manufactured in the UK on quality vinyl with original UK Manufactured Gate-fold Picture sleeve.
Both Record Labels and both sides of the quality LP are in superb Excellent Plus condition, super clean record labels with just a few light play signs, and a superb quality vinyl LP with super clean surfaces to both sides with only a couple of light hairlines. The sound quality and music content of this album is stunning with a great play back quality without pops, clicks or background noise.
The matrix’s are. Side 1, EKL 4023 A 1 and Side 2, EKL 4023 B 1.
The LP is housed in its original overall Excellent condition Gate-fold Picture Sleeve with sellotape residue on the inside of the gate-fold, and writing on each side of the lyrics.
