Description
This is from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.
1960 First year pressing of Uk Decca SXL 2173 of Clifford Curzon in the Grieg Piano Concerto Franck Variations, the Litolf Scherzo. This is with Fjeldstad & the London Symphony Orchestra. A delight of an lp, one I have enjoyed for many years.
Original curved cut flipback sleeve with repeated curved ffss logo triangle. Labels are ED1 with original recording by.. at ten o clock, with the wide silver band and ffss circle at 12 O' clock. The pristine original company ffss inner is present. This is near mint with one shallow non feelable non sounding mark to the s1 playing surface only, has clean labels and the sleeve is Mint Minus. Flips are unmarked, no pen or excess dirt, no splits or bends. Stampers are 2D4D.
