Description
Welcome to the next batch of the sale of some of my rare records that I will be listing this weekend. Next up is Eddie Cochran - C'mon Everybody E.P. C'mon Everybody, Sittin' in the Balcony b/w Summertime Blues, Twenty Flight Rock. Released in 1963 on the Liberty label cat no LEP 2111. Matrix stamps LEP 2111A-1N / LEP 2111B-1N. Vinyl has some minor surface marks, but plays through with no jumps or skips. Orange picture sleeve in good used condition, minor creasing from laminate shrinkage and some tear damage on rear opening side with a couple of pen marks.
The most important thing is this is a super rare solid centre version, I don't think very many of these were pressed at all as in my 40+ years of collecting I have "never" seen another copy or seen it's existence listed on any of the specialist sites. If you are a Rock 'n' Roll collector or a Cochran fanatic you may never get a chance to buy one of these again. Please check the photos to see the sleeve damage, although you could pick up a replacement sleeve relatively cheaply if you wish. Price reflects the rarity (possibly unique).
I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes. Any exceptions to this will be noted, the pictures were taken on a high definition camera that form part of the description so please check and ask if not sure. Please ask me about any individual item before making a purchase.
