Description

Beautiful copy of the original 1962 pressing of the Eddie Cochran memorial album, Never to be Forgotten, on Liberty mono LP LRP-3220. Features most of his most famous hits in their original version, with no stereo rechanneling or added reverb or any of the things they did to his recordings later. The disc is lovely and plays just about flawlessly and truly beautifully. There are some of those superficial streaks that come from the acid in the paper sleeve, which are not damage or wear at all, but they are visible. They do not affect the play in any way. There are also a small number of light scuffs and faint marks, but barely. The whole thing plays just beautifully, with no noise or pops or ticks or any interference. Really a top playing copy. The cover has a bit of edge wear and corner wear but not too bad. A touch of faint ringwear noticeable at the bottom edge as well, but overall quite clean. A top original copy all around.
