Description
Texarkana Baby/Bouquet Of Roses; RCA Victor 48-0001 Green Vinyl (Green color and 48-prefix indicated the Country & Western or Hillbilly series – other series had different color vinyl and prefixes), released March 31, 1949, as the first commercial 45 RPM country release. From the estate of an early RCA employee, this is the sleeve that it was found in. Presumed original sleeve.
Label reads "... and his guitar", but a band is also present – I presume Roy Wiggins is on steel, but I'm not an expert.
VG++ condition.
