This item has been sealed for many years, away from moisture and smoke. The protective plastic has some dust marks.  There is a small wear on one corner of the spine. The LP is fully sealed. This item is 100% sealed.

NM      acetate very clean , like new / highly recommended
EX.       acetate with minimum marks that affect the sound very minimum / very recommended
VG +    with some marks on the vinyl, little surface noise  / recommended
VG    with pronounced marks affect the sound but no jumps , has surface noise, or scratches / still recommended

Poor      with multiple brands , scrash in almost all the vinyl , the vinyl can skip or jump in any of the tracks
