Eden Ahbez Eden’s Island Del-Fi DFLP 1211
Here it is! The original icon of tiki mysticism and the original Nature Boy (sorry Ric Flair and Buddy Rogers!). Eden performs his original music and plays the wood flute on these dozen songs. In my mind he is the bridge between the beats and the hippies; while there are many pretenders to that throne Ahbez did it so effortlessly and artlessly that he seems more like an evolutionary link than an artist adapting to new times. A must-own for all fans of either era!
This is a beautiful copy of his great masterwork. Disc is VG++. Cover is very solid with only a few minor chips on front and some darkening due to age on back. Tiny 1/2 inch seam split on top right corner.

After a three year hiatus, during which we moved and built our Permanentrecords library/vault/watering hole, we are finally up and running as an Ebay seller again. Welcome back to all our old friends and hello to new ones. We’re going to try things a bit differently this time. We will still feature great, rare, obscure, strange and little-known vinyl, but we’ve decided on no reserves and a very low opening bid on even the choicest stuff. We’re hoping that this will keep you coming back to us for the chance at some genuine bargains and maybe even steals, as we allow each item to find its natural price. We are also hoping to expand into some of our other interests in the near future, like vintage clothes and books.
