Description

A rare and possibly unique opportunity to bid for an authentic original white label pre-production pressing of the 'Edgar Broughton Band's' album OORA produced by EMI on the Harvest label in 1973. The two sides of the album are on two separate vinyl discs (12in), each of which has one blank side and one with the tracks. The centres of the discs have blank white labels which gives the name to these items. There is no writing on the white labels.

Only a very limited number of these pressings would be produced, many of which would be destroyed, which means they are extremely rare. These two vinyls carry the matrix codings SHVL810A-1 and SHVL810B-1.

The discs come in their original factory white inner sleeves dated 27 Feb/2 Mar 1973 within a very good clean original album cover which includes a pictorial folder, a white printed sleeve and a printed plastic transparent sleeve and a sticker. I have had them in my possession for nearly 40 years during which time they have been played only a small number of times and therefore they are in near mint condition.
