EDISON DD Diamond Disc 78 Record 10003 Gold Label
This is an Edison Diamond Disc 78 rpm record featuring Manon Selections (Massenet) and the Festival Dance and Valse of the Hours (Coppelia) on one side and the Vespri Siciliani Overture (Verdi) and Malaguena Boabdil (Moszkowski) on the other. Both pieces are performed by the American Concert Orchestra. The catalog number for this disc is 10003 and it has gold labels that read "24 Minute". This disc is in very good condition with only very light surface scuffing that I don't think would affect play at all - the record would also benefit from a cleaning, but overall the grooves look to be in very good condition. Please note that Edison Diamond Discs are vertically cut, not laterally cut like other 78 rpm records - they will only play with the use of a diamond stylus, so please do not attempt to use a steel stylus as I think it could damage the record. I am now shipping to my US clients through USPS services. I am located in Canada but I now have a carrier service to bring my parcels directly across the border to be shipped out of the USPS postal outlet in Champlain, N.Y. In addition to the actual shipping cost, I do charge a $3.00 handling fee to cover the cost of this service and I do require insurance. Please note that even with the handling fee that it is less expensive and quicker service than using Canada Post. I require your paypal payment by Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., if you would like your parcel to be shipped from USPS in the same week.
PLEASE NOTE: For items which sell over $200.00, I must ship to my U.S. clients using Canada Post, due to customs regulations.
To my Canadian clients, I use Canada Post for shipping, as I am based in Canada.
To my International clients I can ship by either Canada Post or by USPS (in order to use USPS for intl. clients - the items must sell for under $200.00
