Description
Presenting a scarce Edison Diamond Disc Long Play 78 RPM Record from the late 1920s. This disc can only be played with the special long play reproducer and will play for 24 minutes per side. The record is in Excellent+ condition with full gloss and no discernable groove wear. A little paper loss around the spindle hole on side B is all that keeps the rating from reaching the coveted N- grade.
This is the second issue in the Edison Phonograph Company's short-lived LP series, featuring the American Concert Orchestra performing Manon selections, Festival Dance and Waltz of the Hours (Delibes), Vespri Siciliani Overture (Verdi) and Malaguena (Moszkowski).
We are 78 RPM record collectors ourselves, and have shipped them safely many times. We will package this record very carefully, so it arrives in your hands in the same condition as it left ours. Bid with confidence!
Thanks for looking, and good luck.
