This 7" classic was never released with a picture sleeve. Only 500 records in 1980 were made. Here it is, the first and rarest record release by EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN from Berlin. This monster rarity will be the showpiece of any serious NEUBAUTEN collection. Now 33 years old and extremely hard to find. As you know, both tracks ‘Fuer Den Untergang’ and ‘Stahlversion’ are real winners. Original first pressing, issued on private mini label ‘Monogam’ records (catalogue number MONOGAM 005). Label mates are MANIA D (Track 4 from 1980) VORGRUPPE (Erste Auslese from 1980) P1/E (Dependence from 1980) FRAUEN FÜR SCHLECHTE TAGE (Rainy Day Women from 1980) and HITS BERLIN (Vorwärts from 1980). Well-known music journalist Diedrich Diedrichsen wrote in famous music magazine SOUNDS in 1980: "Kategorie eins, sehr empfehlenswert: [...] Einstürzende Neubauten (Monogam) bringen endlich mal wieder ein paar neue Geräusche und auch endlich mal eine neue Art von Apocalypse-Depressions-Monotonie. Allen Anhängern englischer Kopfschmerzbands als Medikament empfohlen. Hell und dunkel in einem, weiter so!" (Diedrich Diederichsen, Sounds Nr.11/80). Again, this is a real winner and extremely hard to find.

Mailing / Versand: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
