The vinyl is nice and clean with minimum wear but has a punch-hole at the very outer edge - this does not affect playback as it is outside of the grooves, but you obviously have to be very careful if playing the record.
The sleeve is nice and clean but has 2 small punch-holes in the lower right hand corner + a small seamsplit at the bottom.
