This listing is for an Electric Light Orchestra II Original LP, #UA-LA040-F, Stereo, 1973 United Artists First Pressing with Roll Over Beethoven Promotional Sticker.  
This LP is still factory sealed with sticker on the front of the shrink wrap advertising the song "Roll Over Beethoven"  This is  very rare original album to find still factory sealed.   This has been part of my collection since the mid 1980's the shrink wrap is nice and tight and only a small piece at the lower back corner has lifted but its still there, very small piece.
Another one is currently listed in ebay at nearly double the price if mine.
