THE ELECTRO HARMONIX WORK BAND "State-of-the-art Electronic Devices" LP ELECTRO-HARMONIX ER 711 USA 1977 Crazy album put out by Electro Harmonix to show how their analog guitar electronic effects worked. Six tracks played by a funky studio band (two guitars, bass & drums) loaded by all kind of weird effects (Big Muff, Smallstone, Memory Man, Octave Multiplexer, Doctor Q, Bad Stone, Golden Throat...) Highlights are the super funky jams of "EM" & "2-4-5" and the monster, nearly side-long track "I am not a synthetizer", crazy electro funk full of weird effects and wild guitar, it sounds like an alien from outer space doing scratch!! really insane!! it blows away all the current post-punk & electroclash sh*t!!
