Vinyl, both individual gatefold covers and booklet Excellent.  
Box VG+.  Box shows some signs of wear.  See images.
4-LP box set comprising both 2 LP sets separately released as MGV 4008-2 and MGV 4009-2.
Comes housed in a cardboard box, which contains each of the aforementioned 2LP sets (in separate gatefold covers), with a large booklet.

Labels are black with silver print, "T" logo, and "Long Playing Microgroove" at bottom.
