Please note that the above are the shipping rates of the shipping company I use (TNT Post). One record is normally just below 500 grams, but sometimes it just goes over. You may choose for Standard Delivery to save costs, but it will take longer to reach you. Although I have never had a package lost, you may want extra certainty. Although I have never lost a package, I still want you to note and agree on the principle that I can't take responsibility for succesfull shipping after I have handed the package over the the shipping company, since normal shipping below 2kg can't be tracked. In case you want me to be fully responsible for the shipment, please ask me to register (and insure) your package against extra shipping costs and I'm happy to do so. You will not run any risk then and in case of a lost registered package, I will fully refund the value to you.

In case you are not happy with my rating of the item(s) bought, please contact me immediately. In case we can't find a solution on the price of the item, I will always take it back and give a full refund after receipt (and checking if the item does not differ from the original and/or has not been ruined in the mean time). The only costs for the buyer are for shipping the item(s) back.
