All sales are as is and final, no returns, no refunds.
No returns under any circumstances except if the unit is beyond economic repair and the damage is caused only in transit. No refunds under any circumstances except if item is lost by the courier in transit or if it is beyond economic repair if it has, highly unlikely, been damaged in transit. Damage after transit does not count.
Reporting damage after signing for the item after it has been delivered will not count and refunds are not issued.
If the item is genuinely lost by the courier and a full search has been carried out by the courier, a refund in this situation would be granted. If the synth is damaged beyond economic repair while in transit and has been signed for as ‘damaged’ or ‘broken’ a refund will be issued. Claim must be made within 14 days of signed for delivery.
In any other situation even where there is damage a full refund will not be issued. We will cover damage in transit but you must give us a reasonable opportunity to have the damage repaired.
NON EU citizens please also remember you are wholly and entirely liable for import duties, disbursements and taxes charged by your local government office or your tax authority. We are not as sellers liable for these import charges, the buyer is liable. If you refuse to pay such charges, the item may be confiscated and returned to us. If it is confiscated and returned you will not under any circumstances receive a refund and you will have to pay the return journey to our offices. You will then have to pay a second delivery charge for the item to be sent out again and if you don’t pay this second delivery charge, you still will not receive a refund.
