Now this is super rare and the FIRST I have personally ever seen- so I doubt many exist in this format, and on initial 1973 release they disappeared into the arms of collectors instantly!
Sir Elton John is a global superstar on a level with David Bowie and Paul McCartney - and in 1973 he was no wilting violet, he was having hit singles one after another, selling out stadiums and making the front page every week. Duets with John Lennon, Kiki Dee, Rod Stewart, and The Who in the film 'TOMMY' as the Pinball Wizard ensued!
This great double lp became an instant chart success, and once again contained some outstanding music, and some that remained in his live performances for decades since.

This disc is NEAR MINT.

The TRIPLE GATEFOLD COVER is NEAR MINT having a sticker tear only, at top right corner.
