These records are in very good condition. All four labels do have light spindle marks visible and some wear around the centre holes. Other than these issues there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other serious issues. The centre holes are not really loose and overall the labels are in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides are free from anything deep or very serious but do have light surface lines/marks/scuffs visible in normal light. There is nothing that can be felt on any of the four sides and all have a lovely lustre. When viewed under bright light there are lots of llight lines and sleeve scuffs evident but agian nothing really sinister. The shine a lovery deep ruby red when viewed under this bright light.
I play tested both records and they both play well. They both lay flat with minimal movement in the record arm. The sound produced from both LPs is very good and they suffer from only light occasional interference. There is little audible for the majority of the audio but there is a little minor surface noise in the run in/out and between tracks. There is also a few series of very light clicks in places. These are only just audible in parts of some songs and where the audio is very mellow. There are no loud nasty clicks, jumps or sticks, just this light occasional inteference in parts. Despite this I still enjoyed the whole play test and my system(which is quite revealing) had no major issues with the lps and there were no serious problems as I say.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has some wear to the edges and corners(pics), but the writing along the spine is legible. There are no splits or really weak areas and no tears or pen marks anywhere. There are however a small scuff to the front bottom right corner. There is also some mild ring marks showing in parts and some genreal age related grubbyness. All these issues are pretty minor however and overall the sleeve is strong, bright and in pretty good shape for its age. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as you can on its condition.
It contains two plain white inners which have no major splits, pen marks, tear or other serious issues but do have grubbyness and some age related discolouring and creasing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
