Description

This is a Direct Disk test pressing - possibly one of a kind - I can’t find anything on it in the usual places… the A side is Elton John ‘goodbye yellow brick road’ sides 1 and 2, 8 tracks in all. Includes candle in the wind, Bennie and the jets, goodbye yellow brick road…. This is not the complete album - just the first 8 tracks. Then the B side is Tower of Power ‘back to Oakland’, the first side of that album, the first 5 tracks… the vinyl is in beautiful excellent to NM- condition. The cover is just like you see it - a generic white cover with the writing, VG+ with some light tearing on the back… the Direct Disk albums are highly sought after for their amazing sound - this one sounds incredible, and as a test press is extremely limited and hard to find. I can’t find any info on this ever being sold, so I am open to reasonable offers. Will be ultrasonically cleaned and shipped in a whiplash LP mailer. Any questions - just ask.
