                    On offer here is the CLASSIC ELTON JOHN Album "HONKY CHATEAU" from 1972.

            This is the Original 1st U.K. Pressing with the Vinyl & Cover in OUTSTANDING CONDITION!!!

This Album has become Seriously Hard To Locate and Virtually Impossible To Find In This Condition!!! It is pressed on Top Quality Translucent Red Vinyl (which was only used for the 1st and Very Early Pressings) and is on the 1st Press DJM Label.

I use STRICT RC Grading Standards and every album I list is Visually Checked under strong light for any flaws and then Played from Start to Finish on High End Audio Equipment for the full Visual and Audio Evaluation below!!!

The "Translucent Red" Vinyl (which Glows Red when held up to the light) is in NEAR MINT CONDITION and has Barely Been Played!!! It retains a Beautiful High Gloss Lustre with just the very lightest of inner sleeve withdrawal marks, which are only visible under strong light and in no way effect or detract from this SUPERB and SERIOUSLY HARD TO FIND L.P.!!!

This album has been carefully stored and Unplayed for over 30 years, but I played it today from start to finish prior to listing and can confirm that it plays SUPERBLY with Virtually NO discernible surface noise and NO heavy pops or clicks, just OUTSTANDING AND VERY DYNAMIC 1st PRESS AUDIO!!!

The 1st Press DJM Labels are Unblemished with NO writing, NO grubby marks and NO spindle wear (see photo's).

The 1st Press "Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd" Heavily Textured & Front Embossed Gatefold Envelope Cover with Pasted on Photo, is in Superb Condition with Virtually NO edge or spine wear, NO writing or grubby marks and with the corners still crisp and sharp (see photo's).

Comes Complete with the Original Inner Sleeve with NO splits or tears

PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST EXAMPLES YOU WILL EVER FIND AND WORTHY OF PLACEMENT IN ANY GOOD COLLECTION!!!
