Up for auction is the incredibly rare first known record to be released from Elton John in the United States. It is the PROMO for Lady Samantha / All Across The Haven's. Released in January of 1969.  Yes, more than a year and a half before 'Your Song' came out, which was October 26th 1970. This is an incredible rare 45 !  Highly collectible and almost never seen.

The vinyl is in good condition and still  shiny. It does have some scuff marks. Original Bell sleeve is VG+ with a few imperfections as seen in photos and is open on one side.  Even though this copy is not perfect it looks pretty darn good for 38 years old. You may never see this again.  A fantastic addition for the serious Elton John or   record collector. A really great find. Good luck and have fun bidding.
